About Ariel

Real estate runs deep in her family and now she’s ready to share her talents on an even broader basis!

Crawford County native, Ariel Yetter said she was in Kindergarten when her mother first got her real estate license.

“I remember coming home from school and saying, ‘Mom, did you pass your test?’” Ariel said with a laugh. “I watched my mom growing up being so passionate about real estate and that just really made me want to follow in her footsteps. It just seemed like a really amazing way to help people. Within a year and a half of her getting licensed, she branched out on her own and got her broker’s license. I just always admired how confident she always was and I wanted to be like her.”

Not long after, Ariel’s father also got his real estate license, and both parents remain in the industry today.

Five years ago, Ariel got licensed herself but mainly worked with banks handling Broker’s Price Opinions, also known as BPOs, which give assessments on what homes were worth. While she’s handled a few traditional real estate transactions, she’s ready to make working with buyers and sellers more of her full-time goal.

“I like people and I wanted to make more of a difference in people’s lives,” Ariel said. “With BPOs, I work with banks and lenders and don’t really see clients at all.”

A 2013 Bucyrus High School graduate, Ariel currently lives in Galion with her husband and three children.

“I’m definitely at an age where a lot of people in my circle are looking to buy their first homes and I’d really love to help them,” she said. “I’m really excited about the change!”
