Kelli Jo Wolfe brings a steady, solutions focused approach to real estate, shaped by a long career built around people, precision, and follow through.

For more than 25 years, Kelli Jo has worked as a nurse, primarily in eye care, and she currently serves patients at the VA in Mansfield. Her career required calm decision making, adaptability, and the ability to see things through until they were resolved, skills that now guide how she works with real estate clients.

“I am a problem solver. I always have been,” she said. “I do not stop until there is a solution.”

Her path into real estate began when she and her husband sold their home in Ontario and purchased a new one nearly two years ago. Experiencing both sides of the transaction sparked a genuine interest in the process and what happens behind the scenes when everything goes right.

“I fell in love with the entire experience, selling and buying,” she said. “Working with agent Kelli Chinn showed me how much care, organization, and follow through can change the entire process, and it’s what inspired me to pursue real estate myself.”

That experience working with Kelli Chinn and the Sluss Realty team during the sale of her home left a lasting impression. From meeting Jami at a Small Business of the Year breakfast to working with Grant throughout the transaction, the consistency and support she experienced made choosing Sluss an easy decision.

“Every interaction I had with Sluss was extremely positive,” she said. “I never considered another brokerage.”

Kelli Jo describes herself as energetic, dedicated, and resourceful. She values honesty, dependability, and efficiency, and she is intentional about creating an experience that feels organized and supportive.

“I want my clients to feel like everything was handled,” she said. “If I do not know something, I will find out. My goal is for them to feel comfortable, confident, and to have no regrets.”

Her background in healthcare gives her a strong awareness of when clients feel overwhelmed or unsure.

“Each person is unique, and so are their needs,” she said. “I adapt to meet people where they are.”

Originally from Naples, Florida, Kelli Jo spent much of her life in the Willard and Plymouth areas before moving to Mansfield four years ago after getting remarried. She appreciates the sense of connection the area offers, along with the variety of housing options and proximity to larger cities.

Outside of real estate, Kelli Jo enjoys traveling, researching future trips, and trying new restaurants. She and her husband have a blended family with eight children ranging from 18 to 28, a role she considers her greatest accomplishment. Family has shaped her perspective, patience, and ability to manage life’s many moving parts.

As she builds her real estate career, Kelli Jo is focused on learning, growing, and delivering a positive, thoughtful experience for every client she serves.
