A Madison/Mansfield native, Ethan Whitaker-Simmons has been a dedicated real estate agent since 2018, quickly becoming a trusted name in the area. With a background in sales and as an EMT since the age of 18, Ethan’s passion for helping others naturally extended into real estate. He found fulfillment in guiding clients through the significant process of buying and selling homes, where his advocacy for his clients mirrors the care he’s always shown in his role as an EMT.

“I love being a part of such a monumental moment in someone’s life,” Ethan says. “Helping them navigate the process and advocate for their needs is incredibly rewarding. Just like in my role as an EMT, I get the chance to be there for my clients in a meaningful way.”

While Ethan enjoys working with all types of buyers and sellers, he has a special place in his heart for first-time homebuyers. “It’s about paying attention to the details, answering questions, and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for them,” he explains. “Being able to help people in my community find their dream homes is truly a privilege.”
