Corisa Welch brings a wealth of experience and a natural ability to connect with people to her role as a real estate agent. As the owner of Mansfield Online Auctions since 2019, Corisa has built strong relationships with clients who are in the process of downsizing or transitioning to the next chapter of their lives, making her well-equipped to assist with the buying and selling process.
Her background in auctions has given Corisa a unique perspective on the real estate market, particularly when it comes to understanding the emotional and practical aspects of moving. “In both my auction business and real estate career, I focus on making transitions as easy and stress-free as possible for my clients,” she says. “Whether it’s selling a home or an item with sentimental value, I’m here to ensure the process is smooth and comfortable.”
Corisa’s calm, positive demeanor and her knack for understanding people’s needs make her a trusted advocate for her clients. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership, as well as experience as an adjunct professor at North Central State College, Corisa also brings a wealth of knowledge in business and leadership to her real estate practice.
“I understand what’s important to my clients because of my own experiences,” Corisa says. “It’s about making them feel valued and respected while helping them move forward with confidence.”
In her free time, Corisa enjoys spending time outdoors with her three kids and boyfriend, exploring new places and seeking new adventures.
