Prior to entering the industry, she spent over a decade in pharmaceutical sales, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, client service and high-level sales strategies. When her family’s needs shifted, she made the decision to step away from her career to be home with her children—a role she embraced fully for seven years.

When it came time to return to the workforce, Melissa knew she wanted something different—something more meaningful, more flexible and more connected to people. Real estate had always been an interest of hers. Even before becoming an agent, she found herself constantly studying the market, exploring homes and following trends simply out of genuine curiosity and enjoyment.

After purchasing her own home and experiencing firsthand how overwhelming and intimidating the process could be, everything clicked. She realized not only how much she loved real estate—but how much better the experience could be for others with the right guidance. In 2018, she took that leap—and never looked back.

From the very beginning, Melissa stood out. In her first full year, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year, a reflection of how quickly she built trust with her clients and established herself in the industry. Since then, she has continued to grow year after year, with sales reaching as high as $7.8 million —driven largely by referrals from happy clients who continue to return to her time and time again.

A proud Ontario graduate and longtime resident, she and her husband—high school sweethearts of over 30 years—made the intentional decision to return and raise their family here. Since then, she has been heavily involved in the community, giving her time and energy to the organizations that support local families.

She has served for years in the school system through PTO leadership roles, volunteered extensively within the district, contributed to the Recreation Board and remains actively involved in local initiatives that directly benefit students and families. Her commitment to giving back is not occasional—it’s a consistent part of who she is. She believes strongly in supporting the same community that has shaped her family’s life.

At her core, Melissa is motivated by people. She genuinely loves what she does—not because of transactions, but because of the impact those transactions have on her clients’ lives.
