A 2014 Madison Comprehensive High School graduate and former six-year National Guardsman, Shayna Webb has always had a passion for homes and a deep commitment to helping people. Her extensive background in banking, including roles as a teller, loan officer, and in the securities department at Directions Credit Union, provides her with a solid foundation in financial literacy, which she now brings to her real estate clients.

Shayna’s unique blend of people skills, financial knowledge, and local connections positions her as an asset to buyers and sellers alike. “Helping clients achieve their real estate goals is incredibly rewarding,” Shayna says. “Whether it’s guiding them through the financial aspects or simply helping them find the right home, I take pride in being a trusted resource every step of the way.”

Her deep understanding of budgeting, along with her local network of small business owners, enables Shayna to offer valuable insights that benefit her clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, Shayna is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and avid reader. She’s been a regular at CrossFit Katana for five years and has recently taken up gymnastics at Heart of Ohio Athletics in Bellville.
