His extensive background, from mechanic to dog trainer, has made him a seasoned problem-solver and a steady presence in every role he takes on. Jeff’s journey into real estate was sparked by his own experiences in the market, driving his commitment to creating a better experience for his clients.

Jeff’s approach stands out—he prioritizes finding homes that meet each client’s needs without pushing them to the top of their budget. “I want my clients to feel comfortable and confident with their decision,” he says. “It’s about finding the right fit, not just any fit.”

A longtime sports fan and youth coach, Jeff’s passion for building relationships and guiding others shows both in and out of real estate. He’s coached local youth sports for over 14 years, and when he’s not working with clients, he’s cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Columbus Blue Jackets.

Having lived across Ohio for the past 40 years, Jeff’s deep local knowledge and personable approach make him an invaluable asset to Sluss Realty. He and his wife, Kim, now happily call Shelby home, where they enjoy time with their five grown children and three dogs.
