About Beth

With a background in business ownership and a natural talent for connecting with people, Beth Stauffer brings a unique depth to Sluss Realty. Beth’s clients feel immediately at ease, benefiting from her warmth, insight, and dedication to helping their real estate dreams come true. Known for her heartfelt approach, she’s not just selling homes—she’s helping build futures.

In addition to real estate, Beth and her husband, Stan, operate a thriving book and gift fair business, Collective Goods/Books Are Fun, where she’s honed her skills in client service and creative problem-solving since 2005. Her pivot to real estate felt natural, and her first experience with a buyer confirmed her calling: “It was like I was meant to do this. Seeing clients’ dreams come together is an honor, and I love being a part of that journey.”

A former drug and alcohol counselor, Beth brings unmatched empathy and understanding to her clients, listening attentively to their needs and advocating with commitment. A trumpet and voice major from Heidelberg University with a master’s in counseling and higher education administration, she combines a love for learning with a perfectionist streak, ensuring every detail of the buying or selling process is thoughtfully managed.

A Fredericktown resident, Beth loves her community and treasures the close friendships she’s made. When she’s not working, she’s often found enjoying sunny days by the pool, attending Broadway shows with her sister, or welcoming friends to her home for gatherings.

Beth chose Sluss Realty to grow her business with intention, confidence, and integrity, always aiming to provide her clients with the highest level of care and expertise. “I want people to know that when they work with me, they’re receiving the best service possible from someone who truly has their best interests at heart.”
