An experienced agent with the kindest personality to match, Andrea spent the last 15 years successfully working in the Columbus market and recently moved to Ontario.
Her passion for real estate is multi-leveled.
“First and foremost, I love working with people – and just seeing them happy,” Andrea said. “I get just as excited as they do when we get to the closing table. I also really love the decorative side of staging homes.”
“I probably should have also gone into interior design,” she added with a laugh.
What makes her a great agent?
“I just work really hard to make sure both sides get what they need,” Andrea said. “I pay close attention to details. My biggest thing is making sure all bases are covered. I’m also the best negotiator you might ever meet. My intuition and knowledge kick in and I know when to be aggressive and firm on deals. It’s not for the faint of heart.”
Outside of real estate, Andrea said she and her family love to travel. She’s already been to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska, where her in-laws currently reside.
“Travel is a big thing for us. We’re very adventurous and will try just about anything,” she said. “We’ll go anywhere if given the opportunity.”
Andrea and her husband Ivan have a large blended family, with nine children between them, and a wonderful array of pets!
Along with German Shepherds, the couple has chickens and ducks, and Andrea said they will likely have goats before long.
