About Megan

Born and raised in Richland County, Megan Scherer brings a strong work ethic and dedication to her role at Sluss Real Estate. Growing up on her family’s Springhill Fruit Farm, she learned early the value of hard work and community. After graduating from Plymouth High School in 2012, she earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, which has equipped her with unique insights into understanding and fulfilling her clients’ needs.

Following her career as a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, where she honed her skills in customer service, time management, and attention to detail, Megan made the seamless transition into real estate. She now uses her deep-rooted local knowledge and experience to help her clients find their perfect home.

“Growing up in this area has been such a gift. The relationships I’ve built with the wonderful people in this community inspire me every day, and I’m passionate about helping them achieve their homeownership goals,” she says.

When not working hard for her clients, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, her dog Blue, and volunteering at the Shiloh Fireman’s Ox Roast—a beloved event she’s been involved with for the past 15 years. While her love for travel has taken her around the world, she firmly believes there’s no place like home—and is ready to help you find yours right here in Richland County.
