Even with 18 years under her belt, Debbie Procyshyn still loves real estate today as much as she did when she started.

2007, when this Wooster-based agent got started, Debbie said it was a passion for homes and interest in becoming an investor that led her to get her license.

“Originally, I wanted to put myself in the best position possible to eventually become an investor — I also had such an intrigue about homes,” she said. “I’d wonder what homes looked like on the inside. I loved the architecture. I just had a passion for all of it.”

Debbie started at a brokerage in Macedonia, which was near a race track where she raced horses – her other passion. Eventually, she transitioned back to the Wooster area where she originally had moved to for college 30 years ago.

“The entrepreneurial side of me really wanted to get into investment properties because I always personally wanted to get my hands on one, but today, that’s not my focus, but I still stuck with primarily working with these types of properties,” Debbie said. “I look at every property with a vision and what can be done with them and improved and that’s what excites me.”

When she’s not working, Debbie says “horses are her life.” She’s been training race horses for two decades, and loves the team feeling she gets with her animals when they race together. She also loves taking cruises.

“When it comes to real estate, I just want people to know that my integrity and my duty to them will never waiver,” she said. “I will always be 10,000% honest with people. I treat everyone with extreme kindness and respect and believe we are the example for the future and I really take that to heart.”
