About Keri
Keri has been a dedicated resident of Mansfield for most of her life. A proud graduate of St. Peter’s High School and Xavier University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, she combines her academic background with a genuine passion for real estate.
Her journey into real estate was inspired by her husband, Frank Nemeth III, a residential real estate investor, which sparked her deep appreciation for homes—particularly their history, architecture, character, and interior design. Keri’s sharp eye for design enables her to help clients envision the potential within every property, making her a valuable partner whether buying or selling a home.
With a strong work ethic and a commitment to honesty and respect, Keri has built lasting relationships in the community, earning the Presidential Sales Award for two consecutive years. Her focus on helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams drives her success, and she looks forward to continued growth in her real estate career.
As a mother of two, Keri values family time and enjoys traveling, savoring good BBQ, and antiquing in her spare time. She is dedicated to making the home buying and selling experience enjoyable and fulfilling for her clients.

There isn’t enough space in a Google review to talk about how amazing Keri Nemeth is as a realtor. I started looking for my first home back in 2020 and when I was looking for realtors, Keri came highly recommended. I was told that she would be an advocate for what I wanted in a house and that she would never pressure me to make an offer on something I wasn’t sure about, and both of those qualities were very apparent through this whole process. I’m sure my standards and wishes for a home would make some of the folks on house-hunting shows look tame and practical by comparison, but Keri never wavered in helping me to find what I needed. Her support, professionalism, and practicality kept me from spinning off into stressful and unrealistic situations. She also had a great knack for remembering the many nuances of my likes and dislikes, making sure to review the house from top to bottom with me, so that I was aware of how each aspect of the houses I viewed did or didn’t meet what I wanted. She understood every advantage and limitation with my situation, from budget to home maintenance skills, and helped me to tailor what I wanted to all of that list. I would recommend Keri as a realtor regardless of whether you’re buying your first home or your 10th home, but I especially recommend her for first-time home buyers, because she will put you completely at ease for what can be an incredibly stressful process. I’m writing this review while relaxing in my new home that was well worth the wait, and I cannot stress enough how vital Keri Nemeth was in bringing me to this point.
