Taylor Lilly’s journey into real estate was inspired by a personal experience that left a lasting impression.

“It was the experience I had with my own REALTOR- she made the entire process so easy and handled it with such care. That really made a difference for us, and I’ve always wanted to be that person for someone else.”

Taylor has also always had a love for homes—whether she’s browsing listings in her free time or admiring how they’re structured, it’s more than just a hobby; it’s a passion.

With a strong background in customer service and a deeply compassionate nature, Taylor has always been drawn to helping people—whether that’s serving a meal, caring for animals, or now, helping someone find the home of their dreams.

“I’ve always stuck with customer service because I love being there for people. In real estate, you’re the person someone relies on in a big moment—and I want to be that person they can count on.”

Taylor grew up in Mt. Gilead, spent time in the Mansfield area, and now lives in Crestline. Her deep roots in Morrow County and surrounding communities give her a genuine connection and local insight that clients can trust. She’s currently a team member at Baker’s Pizza and Sports Bar in Bucyrus, a family-run place where the supportive environment has helped shape her values around teamwork and care.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors, going on motorcycle rides with her husband Tracy, and following their favorite comedians to shows from Cincinnati to Cleveland. Music festivals, concerts, and quiet evenings at home are all part of her balance.This September marks two years of marriage with Tracy, though they’ll be celebrating nine years together this month.

Taylor said she chose to join Sluss Realty because of our strong community presence and reputation. “Growing up around Mansfield, I always saw Sluss signs everywhere. I was recommended by three different realtors and I’ve just seen how great Sluss is with both the community and marketing. That meant a lot to me.”
