“I always want to better myself, but when I had my kids, it made me want to be better for them,” she said.

With support from her husband, who encouraged her to dive in and stood beside her throughout the journey, Alleya Johnson quickly found her footing. She thrived in her coursework, loved learning about the business, and felt a growing sense of purpose and excitement for what was ahead.

“I could not have done this without him,” she said. “He’s supported us these last three years, and now I can pour back into him and our family.”

More than anything, Alleya is looking forward to building real, lasting relationships.

“I want to make lifelong connections and be there for people through their real estate journey and beyond. Even after the transaction is done, I want my clients to know—you’ve got a friend in me.”

With a friendly, open personality and a “can-do” attitude, Alleya is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone she works with.

“I take pride in being approachable and genuine. Real estate can be overwhelming, and I want people to feel at ease from the start.”

Alleya is especially excited to work with both first-time homebuyers and senior citizens.

“If I can be part of someone’s first home experience, it’s an honor,” she said. “I also love helping senior citizens. With my background in healthcare, I have a soft spot for that population. Helping folks downsize and transition into their retirement years feels both natural and incredibly rewarding.”

A proud Madison-area local, Alleya and her husband love spending time outdoors—whether it’s opening day at Cedar Point, hiking the trails at Mohican, or relaxing by Pleasant Hill Lake.

When she’s not out in nature, she enjoys crafting with her grandma and spending time at home with her crew, which includes her husband, two kids, a senior American Bully, a cat, and an iguana.
