About Nate

Nate Harvey is a stand-out, multi-million dollar producer out of Crawford County.

Following in the impressive footsteps of his father — well-known, Bucyrus-based REALTOR Scott Harvey — Nate was continuously inspired growing up and observing.

“Seeing my dad help clients – friends and family – and seeing them so happy at the closing table after a smooth transaction was really inspiring,” he said. “I always looked up to him and just knew it was something I wanted to emulate and follow in his footsteps.”

Between Nate’s drive and ambition, coupled with his genuine personality and true care for others – what a winning combination.

Nate graduated from Bucyrus High School in 2009 and went on to graduate from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a degree in sports management and earned his MBA in 2019 from Franklin University.

In addition to real estate, he also works for North Central State College as the manager of the Crawford Success Center. He works closely with the local schools and business community helping to promote educational pathways

“Helping students reach their full potential is truly gratifying,” he said. “We want to make access to education for all walks of life.”

Helping people fulfill their dreams definitely seems to be his niche.

“When it comes to real estate, it’s all customer-service centered,” he said. “That drives the entire process for me. I love to serve people and really providing a meaningful and enjoyable experience that endures beyond closing. These are relationships for life. I want to be able to meet clients where they’re at and help them achieve their goals. It’s building relationships and seeing that process through to the end.”

Growing up in Bucyrus, Nate continues to be the greatest advocate for his hometown.

“I love the people,” he said. “It’s such a down-to-earth community, and a community that looks out for each other. It’s a place where everybody knows everybody and is ready to help their neighbor.”

Nate and Laura met at their church in Columbus and have been married 9 years. Their four children are 6, 4, 2 and 5 months.

“I am so blessed to have a wonderful wife and kids. Each day is truly an adventure with our young family. We like going on family walks and going to the park,” he said. “We also enjoy spending summers up at Lake Erie with family. Life, for me, is about raising my family, working hard and investing into the community.”
