For Kayla Green, real estate is about creating calm in what can feel like chaos. Before earning her license, she built a career in multimedia design and marketing, managing a photo studio in Columbus where she learned how to bring out the best in every image, product, and person she worked with.

“I’ve always loved marketing,” she said. “It’s about telling a story and making something connect, and that’s exactly what I get to do in real estate.”

Her journey into the industry began with her own home search. When she and her husband bought their first home, the experience left a lasting impression.
