Sabrina Forwith was drawn to real estate because it brings together the things she does best, connecting with people, building trust, and helping others through meaningful moments. What started as casually helping a family member study for the licensing exam turned into something more. 

“I remember thinking, this is something I could really see myself doing,” she said. “And once I gave it a chance, I knew I was all in.”

Before stepping into real estate, Sabrina spent nearly a decade in the service industry, where she built a strong foundation in communication, adaptability, and customer care. From her very first job at a small-town diner at 16 to years of working closely with people every day, she became someone others naturally felt comfortable with. 

“I’ve always loved talking to people,” she said. “But more than that, I love being able to stop, listen, and make someone feel like they matter.”

Now based in Mount Vernon with deep roots in Crestline, Sabrina brings a genuine appreciation for the communities she serves. Growing up in a small town shaped her perspective on what “home” really means. 

“There’s just a different kind of support in a place like that,” she said. “It feels personal, and that’s something I’ve always valued.”

That sense of connection carries into her approach with clients. Sabrina is especially drawn to working with buyers, understanding both the excitement and the pressure that comes with such a major decision. 

“It’s not just a house, it’s their home,” she said. “I want to be someone they can count on to guide them through it and make it feel a little less overwhelming.”

Her own experience searching for a home alongside her family, including navigating the process with a VA loan, gave her a firsthand look at the persistence and problem-solving often required behind the scenes. It also sparked an appreciation for helping others through similar paths, including veterans and buyers who may need a little extra advocacy along the way.

Sabrina’s approach is rooted in being present, responsive, and solution-oriented. She understands that real estate can feel fast-moving and, at times, stressful, and she is committed to being a steady, supportive presence from start to finish. 

“If I don’t have an answer, I’m going to find it,” she said. “I just want my clients to feel confident and taken care of throughout the entire process.”

Choosing Sluss Realty was a natural fit. Sabrina was drawn to the brokerage’s strong connection to the community and the way the team consistently shows up to support the people around them. That same mindset is something she is proud to be part of and carry forward in her own work.

Outside of real estate, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two young children, and making the most of everyday moments together. Whether it’s a trip to the zoo, a round of golf, or simply being present with the people who matter most, she values a life centered around connection and balance.

Sabrina is focused on creating lasting relationships and delivering an experience where clients feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.
