About Michelle

A Mansfield native, Michelle Easterling has always had a deep passion for real estate.

“I’ve been in sales for a long time and I’m also just a people person. I love helping others and helping to meet people’s needs.”

Michelle said her previous work in sales has varied from printing to a variety of home-based sales including Pampered Chef, Color Street and Mary Kay.

And she loved every minute.

She’s also held various leadership roles including being the director of a healthcare clinic. She also has worked as the admissions director at a college.

Michelle draws on her past experience to continue serving real estate clients at the highest level: “I’m a problem solver and I’m a doer. I’m very detail oriented and I have a genuine love for people.”

Michelle grew up in Mansfield, attending Mansfield Christian first through ninth grade at Mansfield Christian.

From there, her family moved to Central Florida with her father’s work as a pastor.

In college, Michelle met her husband, Shawn, also a pastor.

Six years ago, her family moved back to Mansfield with Shawn having an offer to teach at Mansfield Christian. Michelle also accepted a position at the school, marveling at many of the same individuals whom she once knew as a student, now working alongside her as an adult. She noted how special it was to see their love and dedication for the district.

But where things truly became full circle was when Shawn accepted a position as a pastor at the same church where Michelle’s dad had once been the pastor 40 years prior.

Today, the family continues living in Lexington, with Shawn a pastor in Mount Vernon.

When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys puzzles, crafts, gardening, hiking, traveling and spending time with her three kitties, husband of 32 years and two adult children.

Her daughter Amber, 23, travels with Mom a lot and will be graduating from Malone University in 2025 with a degree in nursing.

Her son Taylor, 28, is married and builds muscle cars in Indiana.
