She’s a talented agent, who has spent the last 32 years mastering customer service.
 
Trina Dille has been licensed since 2018 and has been working as a server/bartender for 32 years.
 
“It was my husband who came to me seven years ago and said, ‘You’re in the wrong business,’” Trina said. “He knows how much I love working with people, and he was the one who suggested I become a REALTOR, but it took me just a little bit to get on board.”
 
After helping her first clients, Trina knew she had made the right decision.
 
“I love helping people find their first home or their forever home,” she said. “That’s very exciting to me. I love when you walk into a house and you see it on their faces that, ‘This is the one.’”
 
Trina said she’s been fortunate to have received a lot of referrals over the years from friends and past clients.
 
“I just really love people and I love helping them,” she said.
 
Trina moved to North Central Ohio in 1990 – initially to Ashland and now to Ontario.
 
“I really like the community,” she said. “I like that people care about each other. They care about their homes and care about each other. The area is growing. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants and things to do.”
 
When she’s not working, Trina enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
 
“I’m a huge animal lover. I’ll talk to dogs before I talk to people,” she said with a laugh. “I love interior design and decorating people’s homes. I love to bake and I also became a notary this past year.”
 
Trina explained that she actually became a freelance closing agent and has handled a few closings already.
 
“I had already sat through so many closings so I just thought, why not try this?” she said. “I’m now better able to better explain things at the closing table to my clients and totally explain a settlement statement. I’ve also just really enjoyed doing it.”
