About Trina

She’s a skilled agent with over three decades of customer service expertise.

Trina Dille, licensed since 2018, has spent 32 years perfecting the art of working with people as a server and bartender, and those skills have translated naturally into her real estate career.

“It was my husband who recognized it first,” Trina said. “Seven years ago, he told me, ‘You’re in the wrong business.’ He knew how much I love helping people, and he suggested I become a REALTOR®. It didn’t take long before I realized he was right.”

Since then, Trina has been passionate about helping clients find their first home or their forever home.

“I get so much joy from seeing people walk into a house and knowing instantly that it’s ‘the one,’” she said. “It’s a privilege to be part of those moments.”

Over the years, Trina has earned the trust of her clients, with many returning and referring friends and family.

“I’m fortunate to have built strong relationships with my clients,” she said. “People know I genuinely care, and that’s been key to growing my business.”

Having moved to North Central Ohio in 1990, initially settling in Ashland before relocating to Ontario, Trina is deeply connected to the community.

“I love how much people care about their homes and each other here,” she said. “The area is growing with more shopping, restaurants, and things to do, but it still feels like a close-knit community.”

When not working, Trina enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.

“I’m a huge animal lover,” she said with a laugh. “I’ll talk to dogs before people any day! I also enjoy interior design, decorating homes, and baking.”

In addition to her real estate career, Trina became a notary and freelance closing agent and has already handled several closings.

“I’ve sat through so many closings over the years, I thought, ‘Why not take it a step further?’ Now, I can better explain things at the closing table to my clients, including the settlement statement. It’s been incredibly rewarding,” she said.
