Todd Dille’s path into real estate grew naturally out of a lifetime spent in the construction industry. Long before earning his license, Todd was already deeply involved in the process of building, renovating, and understanding properties from the ground up. A commercial construction project manager by trade, Todd has spent decades overseeing large-scale projects, working closely with real estate developers and brokers on the commercial side, while keeping one foot in the residential side as well.


“I started working in construction when I was 16,” Todd said. “You start to look at a house differently when you understand what’s behind the walls.”

That perspective shapes how Todd approaches real estate. Rather than focusing only on cosmetics, he prioritizes the fundamentals of a home, from structure and systems to thoughtful planning and execution. His goal is transparency, helping buyers understand how and what improvements have been made and why.

“Buyers with reservations around homes that may have been renovated, who may not speak the construction language, want to be confident in the decision they’re making,” he said. “The more clear and concise background information you can provide, the more confidence the buyer will ultimately have.”

Todd’s background brings a professional, process-driven mindset to every transaction. Years in commercial construction taught him the importance of planning, timelines, and accountability, all of which carry over into the way he approaches residential real estate.

From detailed walkthroughs to clear communication, Todd believes education is a critical part of the process. Buyers deserve to understand the home they are investing in, not just tour it.
