Some people find their career—others are called to it. For Kerri Deel, that calling has always been rooted in one thing: helping people through life’s most important moments.

Kerri’s passion for serving others began at a young age after a pivotal life experience led her into the care of a nurse who would ultimately shape her future. From that moment on, she knew she wanted to be that steady, trusted presence for others. That calling led her into nursing, where she has dedicated the past 22 years to caring for individuals and families during both critical and meaningful times in their lives.

Today, Kerri serves as Director of Emergency Services for OhioHealth, overseeing four emergency departments across the region, along with trauma and EMS programs. Her role demands leadership, compassion, and the ability to guide people through high-pressure, emotional situations with confidence and care.

It’s that same approach that defines her work in real estate.

For Kerri, real estate is never just about buying or selling a home—it’s about guiding people through major life transitions. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone entering a new chapter, she understands the weight of those decisions and the trust it takes to navigate them.

Kerri approaches every client relationship with honesty, transparency, and a deep sense of responsibility. Having personally experienced the challenges of a fast-moving market, she is intentional about creating a process that feels organized, smooth, and even enjoyable. Her clients consistently appreciate the calm, confident experience she provides—and the way she makes them feel supported every step of the way.

At the core of everything she does is a simple philosophy: relationships come first.

Deeply rooted in the community, Kerri is a graduate of Clear Fork and has strong connections throughout Mansfield, Ontario, Ashland, and the surrounding areas. Living in Ashland while working across the region gives her a unique perspective and reach that benefits her clients daily.

Outside of her career, Kerri’s life centers around family. She and her husband have built a beautiful blended family of six children and one grandchild. Whether it’s trying new restaurants, spending time together, or simply enjoying the everyday moments, family remains her greatest priority.

Known for her strong organizational skills and thoughtful approach, Kerri balances her many roles with intention and purpose—ensuring that every client receives the time, attention, and care they deserve.
