Howard Cole is stepping into real estate from roles that involve building relationships and understanding that everyone’s situation requires a unique approach.

“I want clients to feel equipped, not overwhelmed,” Howard says. “My goal is to make sure they understand what they’re doing and why.”

After personally navigating a “For Sale By Owner” and then a traditional transaction, he realized how many real estate concepts are, at first, unfamiliar to most people. That experience guides his commitment to ensuring his clients are fully educated and prepared at every step.

Choosing Sluss Realty was intentional. Howard was drawn to the brokerage’s professionalism, marketing strength, and administrative support, all of which allow him to focus on serving his clients.

Outside of real estate, Howard enjoys sharing music with nursing home residents across Ohio through concerts and personalized interventions. He is also the music director at Bucyrus Nazarene Church, where his wife grew up attending. The two met at Heidelberg University and are now raising three daughters in the Bucyrus area.
