About Waynette
Waynette was born and raised on a farm in a picturesque rural area of Lexington, Ohio, where she graduated from Lexington High School. Waynette thoroughly enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, especially her son, three grandchildren, her Golden Retriever, and Miss Kitty. Waynette’s inability to say “no” to helping others carries through to how she cares for her clients.
Waynette has had a passion for real estate since her career began in January 1990. She not only dedicates herself to her clients but she has been highly involved “behind the scenes” of real estate. She has served in numerous positions including two terms as Director of the Mansfield Association of Realtors, several years on the Education Committee, and an infinite number of community fundraising events.
Waynette’s success speaks for itself. She is a consistent multi-million dollar producer, repeatedly earning the prestigious Ohio Association of Realtors President Sales Club Award of Achievement, as well as the Sluss President’s Sales Club Award.
