For nearly five decades, Barb Bradley has built her real estate career around one simple principle: people come first.
With 47 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, and farmers across Central Ohio, Barb brings a level of knowledge and perspective that only comes from decades of navigating every kind of market. From residential homes and commercial properties to agricultural land and development opportunities, she has successfully guided clients through thousands of real estate decisions while building relationships that often span generations.

That passion has fueled a career that has taken her across Marion, Marysville, Delaware, Columbus, Indian Lake, Bucyrus, and beyond. Today, she continues to expand her reach throughout Crawford County and North Central Ohio while helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
Over the years, Barb has witnessed tremendous changes in the industry, yet her approach has remained remarkably consistent.
“I think a good real estate agent is one that genuinely cares,” she explains. “When they meet a client, they listen to what their need is, and they make it their mission to help them get to where they want to be.”
Known for her ability to connect with people, Barb has earned the trust of families for multiple generations. In fact, she has helped three generations of some families buy and sell real estate.
“I invest in people and have good relationships with my clients,” she says. “Whether someone is in the market to buy, sell, or both, I have the experience, knowledge, and passion it takes to help them with all of their real estate needs.”
Those relationships are built on more than market expertise. Barb believes that understanding clients requires careful listening and attention to the details others may overlook.

Throughout her career, Barb has developed a reputation for solving problems, creating opportunities, and helping clients navigate complex transactions. Nothing illustrates that dedication more than her perspective on longevity in the business.
“I’m 83 years old, and I can’t imagine not doing this,” Barb says. “When I wake up in the morning, I have fire. I love what I do.”
Beyond real estate, Barb has deep roots in the communities she serves. She helped her daughter launch Abilities in Action, an organization that assists individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment, and has played a role in supporting several successful local businesses throughout the region.
