From the beginning, Dennis Boyd was very responsive and reached out to us. I gave him a list of 3 houses on the market and though on his end he had to work magic to allow me to view them, I was able to view them in less than a week. He got me the house I wanted at a price that was amazing. He got me people who inspected my house and did the titling at a lower cost than the estimated price! When I had a question and I would just text him alot, he would call me to make sure all of my questions were answered. He was the calm to my anxiety.
