The special, diverse background of Sluss team member Cody Boroff makes him a standout real estate agent.

Growing up in Apple Valley, Cody recalls that some of his earliest memories were on construction sites.

“My whole family works in construction,” he said. “My uncle owns Haven Builders, and my cousin owns MML Family Homes. I’ve been involved in everything from digging basements to attending closings. I’ve worked at both companies, and 95% of the homes we built were in Knox County.”

Cody also grew up with a strong work ethic, starting his own lawn care business at an early age.

“When I was a little kid, I mowed six yards in one summer around the neighborhood,” he said. “As an adult, I remembered how much I enjoyed that and went on to start my own successful business.”

Grizzly Lawncare thrived for six years before Cody decided to leverage his wide range of skills and focus his expertise on real estate.

With his deep knowledge of home construction and experience running a business, Cody is well-equipped to provide exceptional service as a REALTOR.

Today, Cody continues to live in Apple Valley with his girlfriend and their two young kids.

“It’s a great place to live,” he said. “What makes this career even more special is being able to serve my neighbors. It’s easier and more rewarding when you know how great and down-to-earth the people are here.”

When he’s not working, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves deer hunting, vacationing, fishing, and dreams of owning a farm one day.

When asked why he chose Sluss, Cody said, “I wanted a brokerage with a strong reputation, and Sluss is well-known for that. After my first meeting, I knew this was the place for me.”
