“I actually became a leasing agent when I graduated from college,” Tiara said. “It was really hard at the time to find a job, so I worked as a leasing agent at an apartment complex and found that I really liked it. We were leased out six months in advance, and there were a lot of people who said they really felt that they could trust me and felt like I was being truthful and that meant a lot. I thought, ‘You know, I really enjoy doing this and helping people find home.’ And that’s really what started my interest in real estate.”

After working as a recruiter for the last four years, Tiara then turned her focus to helping buyers and sellers.

Tiara graduated from Cardington and grew up in Marion. She attended The Ohio State University where she received her degree in strategic communications.

When she’s not working, Tiara enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her two dogs and cat.
