About Amanda
Amanda Baldwin has always been drawn to two things, people and homes, which makes real estate a natural place for her to put her heart and energy.
Real estate sparked Amanda’s interest early in life, but when her boys were young she focused on a career that offered steady hours and stability. With her sons now grown and serving in the Air Force, she felt it was the right time to return to the work she had always envisioned for herself.
For years Amanda has served the community as a school bus driver for Mansfield City Schools; safely transporting students of every age, from kindergarten to high school. That work has shaped her into someone who is calm under pressure, patient with all personalities, and steady even on the busiest days.
“It takes a lot to rattle me,” she said. “I have learned to stay mellow so situations do not escalate.”
Amanda describes her style as laid back, down to earth, and understanding. She listens closely, communicates clearly, and gives people the space to make decisions without pressure. Reliability matters deeply to her.
“I am really good about answering my phone,” she said. “Clients can expect me to be available, honest, and on time.”
She believes trust is built through consistent follow through and by showing people that their needs are taken seriously.
Amanda chose Sluss Realty because she wanted a well established company with strong training and a team that invests in its agents. After living in the Mansfield area most of her life, she was already familiar with the company’s reputation and professionalism.
“I wanted a place where I could grow,” she said. “The training and support here give me confidence as I build my career.”
Outside of work Amanda enjoys simple moments close to home. She loves exploring local events, spending time at the lakes, and relaxing with friends over a good meal. Her roots in the area run deep, and she is grateful to live and work in the same community where she raised her family.
Amanda wants her clients leave every closing feeling supported and at ease.
“I want people to say the process felt simple and that I took good care of them,” she said. “If they feel supported from start to finish, then I did my job.”
